What are the shipping costs?
We deliver our products worldwide. The shipping cost varies depending on the country of destination and will be calculated at checkout. The delivery is free for all orders over $79.99.
My order is not complete.
If your order includes multiple items, these may be shipped separately, depending on available inventory and shipping warehouses. Don't worry, your package will arrive shortly.
I did not receive my order.
A problem with the carrier? Parcel lost, broken, destroyed?
With our secure delivery, New York District® takes care of the disputes for you. The satisfaction of our customers is our priority. We don't pass the blame on to the carrier by letting you "manage it". We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.
